  • 1 1/2 cups semi-sweet baking chocolate
  • 1 1/2 cups full fat cream cheese (softened)
  • 1/4 canna butter
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 cups cools whip
  • 1 package graham cracker crust (store bought)

How to make it

  1. Make a double boiler by placing a glass bowl over a gently simmering pot of water. Melt semi-sweet chocolate in a double boiler until fully melted. Set aside.
  2. Once chocolate is melted beat cream cheese, sugar and canna butter in large bowl on medium speed in a mixer until glossy and creamy. Gradually add melted chocolate, whipping on low speed until well blended. Remove bowl from mixer and fold in cool whip until it is fully incorporated. Spoon evenly into pie crust and smooth out until flat.
  3. Refrigerate until set about 4 hours.
  4. Drizzle with chocolate sauce if desired.
