  • 1 lb fresh pizza dough
  • 1 pepperoni stick, cut into 24 slices (about 65g)
  • 3 1/4 inch slices mozzarella cheese, cut into cubes
  • 1/2 tsp dried Italian seasoning or oregano
  • Grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp Cannabis Oil
  • Tomato or pizza sauce, for dipping

How to make it

  1. Preaheat oven to 375° F
  2. Unroll the dough and separate it into 8 breadsticks.
  3. Cut each one crosswise into thirds to make 24 pieces. Flatten each until it is 1- 1 1/2-inches wide.
  4. Place a piece of pepperoni and a square of cheese in the middle of each piece of dough and fold over the ends to enclose them, pressing the edges to seal. Place seam side down on a cookie sheet.
  5. Brush pizza bites with the cannabis oil so the cheese and Italian seasoning stick to the bundles.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes, until golden.
  7. Serve immediately. Warm up the tomato sauce and serve alongside for dipping. Makes 24 bites.
