Ingredients

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • cut into lengthwise strips
  • 2 eggs (beaten)
  • 1 cup enriched all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup Panko bread crumbs
  • salt and pepper (to taste)
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder

Cannabis Ranch

  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • 2 Tbsp cannabis oil
  • 2 cloves garlic (chopped)
  • ½ tsp thyme
  • ¼ tsp rosemary
  • ¼ tsp savory spice

How to make it

  1. Preheat oven to 400° F.
  2. Place the eggs and flour in separate bowls.
  3. In a third bowl, mix the crumbs, salt, pepper, onion powder, and garlic powder together.
  4. Dredge the chicken strips in the flour, shaking off any excess; then dip in the eggs and finally in the bread crumb mixture, coating well. Arrange on a baking sheet; bake in oven for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
  5. Serve with the cannabis infused ranch dressing dip.
